Rave 2 is a Microsoft Windows 95-98-2000-NT application that allows you, with appropriate Hardware and software to make phone calls to your fellow ICQ contacts over the Internet and will work at connect speeds as low as 4800 bps, you can talk to anybody else similarly connected anywhere on Earth without paying long-distance phone charges. Our Review:Rave 2 uses your ICQ contact list, and then allows you to place a voice phone to your ICQ contacts. A microphone & speakers aer required. Can also be used over LAN networks, or to contact other IP addresses. |
