DM-Link is a serial port file copy utility based on the Win95/98/NT platforms. DM-Link requires no special setup/ installation or DLLs, which makes it unobtrusive on your system unlike so many other file copy utlities. DM-Link was written by Daniel Maroff, a Computer Science student at Ramapo College of New Jersey. It is written in C++/Win32 and was created as a senior project
headed by professor Victor Miller.
Our Review: DM-Link is indeed a handy and small application for transferring files across a "Null Modem" connection between two computers. By simply connecting the two modems the transfer rate is very fast and accurate. A handy program for users who don't have the knowledge or hardware to run a LAN. It's very easy to run and even easier to command. A definite good point is the comprehensive help files and support.
