MS Outlook Add-on As a call is being received, "Call Tracker" checks the Caller ID, searches the Microsoft Outlook contact database and instantly displays the full contact information and notes. "Call Tracker" can open a journal entry enabling the user to take notes while receiving a call. With or without someone answering the phone, "Call Tracker" logs all incoming calls for future review or screening. "Call Tracker" allows users to wait for and answer important calls without having to miss any other calls. Our Review: This utility monitors phone lines and, where available, will relate any incoming call information to the MS Outlook database of names and display the relevant information. Quite a good idea really, especially for secretarys and the like so they can have customer information on hand as soon as the customer rings. It would be prudent to stress that in order for this system to work, the network carrying the phone call must have a caller ID capable system. Overall, a really good idea!
