TabSurf Browser is an add-in for Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher. In order to operate on a users machine, it requires that Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher already be installed on the machine. Our Review: Useful add-on for MIE 4.0 and above. Allows multiple web sites to be retained while browsing in a tab-style system, leaving them available to be accessed. Good for those who would like to refer to other sites without pressing forwards/backwards and having to wait for a re-load. Allows favourite sites to be readily accessable from start-up.
