Seer is a Server Monitoring Utility, a tool that will help you make sure that if your server goes down, you'll know before anybody else does. Seer uses the ICMP Echo-Request (ping) protocol to regularly check your server's status, and reports it through its Response Graph. If your server goes down, you'll be notified.
Our Review: This is an interesting application that seems to monitor throughput rates of a user specified server address. Although the user interface is simple, Seer does lack in help files and user support. On the whole, it's an average application for server monitoring but is worth the download for administrators.
