Our Review: This program is a plug in for ICQ that allows you to create and edit your very own ICQ active list. Active lists are lists that people join to chat about certain ideas or interests. With this plugin you can edit the users and kick people off and generally manage the list the way you want it to be run. Very good. Requires ICQ 2000a to run.
