QTalka adds full two-way voice communication with your ICQ contacts who are online and also running QTalka. With just 2 mouseclicks you can be TALKING with your ICQ contacts, just like a regular telephone. QTalka communicates direct with the IP address of people on your ICQ list. QTalka continues to operate if you are in the middle of a conversation even if you lose connection to the ICQ server. QTalka now includes inbuilt text messaging. Our Review: A very good program that lets you chat between 2+ users on ICQ or through a direct IP connection. I found it very easy to use and the speed of the chat was very good. Sound Quality was excellent too. Not too many other features but very good nonetheless.
