The Hotline Connect software suite enables Server communities on personal computers worldwide that combined, comprise the Hotline Network. Our Review: A few years ago, Hotline Communications started a community network where people around the world with personal computers can be connected into a network, either on the internet or intranet, for meetings, file exchange, or just chat. The Hotline Connect Server allows you to setup a server of your own where people can connect to and do there business...of course as a server, you can set your own rules, ban trouble makers using the ban list, and setup your own server configuration such as the name, logging, etc. A pretty simple interface that will not put off novice users. Documentation, however, is limited. Connection to the server requires the Hotline Connect Client.
