This program was designed to back up and restore your contact list. It is very annoying to have to put people back on your contact list when you loose the list due to having to reformat your hard drive or something goes wrong and the list just gets lost. You must have ICQ version 98a beta or higher for Windows 95/98 in order to use this. I am not familiar with the ICQ versions for win3.1 so I know this will not work on that version. Our Review: This is a long overdue application which is used for backing up your contacts list for Icq. Back Icq can backup to either fixed or floppy drive and backs up all the user settings. Very easy to use and extremely useful. Great.
