W3Filer
W3Filer is an internet file transfer client which uses FTP and HTTP protocols to transfer a file. You can download a file by first specifying its URL. Once URLs have been added to the batch list, you simply tell W3Filer to fetch those files either immediately or at a later scheduled time. In order to upload a file to the host, you drag and drop your file from the Windows File Manager or Windows Explorer. Our Review: A useful program for downloading or uploading files using the FTP and HTTP protocols. On the good side it supports scheduled downloading, can resume files and will work through proxies and firewalls. However, the documentation and interface could use a little improvement for user-friendliness.
