The main role of this application is to allow you to retrieve files off a remote computer when all you have is an email facility. Often you have a machine at work with all your files on, which you want when you're somewhere else. People often forget to pack up and ship that vital file when working at home or on a site somwhere, so this allows you to communicate with your computer in a firewall safe way. Our Review: This program is very useful for those who only have access to email but need to transfer files. POPcommands is Java-based, and so a version of Java will be needed to run it. No install program is included, and documentation is fairly brief.
