NetMeeting provides people around the world with a whole new way of communicating. With NetMeeting you can participate in meetings, collaborate in files using NetMeeting features, and share information over the Internet or your corporate intranet. Our Review: This is Microsoft's entry into the voice-chat software marketplace. NetMeeting is not the most fully featured program out there, but it does do its job quickly and easily. The program has relatively low overheads compared with some of the other voice chat software available, but it does nothing to really make it stand out from the crowd.
