The Trumpet Winsock v5.0 is a fully-featured 32-bit dialer, with IPv6 enhancements, for use with Windows/95, Windows/98 and Windows NT. It can be used to dial into the Internet to connect to your local service provider and is a Winsock v1.1 compatible TCP/IP stack. Our Review:This is the popular Trumpet Winsock implementation, offering a good alternative to the standard Microsoft Winsock implementation. This version supports the next generation of the Internet Protocol - IPv6. Very simple to install. |
