This version of Message Boards Browser (MBB) is specially designed for CNN Message Boards and is distributed for free. It has an interface similar to MS Outlook, though it works with web based (HTTP) message boards. You can work with MBB during downloading of messages. When download is complete a hierarchy chart will be displayed. You can select your message board from the chart or from the list of message boards names, using filters. Although this tool is professionally developed, it is launched as a freeware. CNN users will find it very useful as it helps them browse, search and organize large message boards. Our Review: This is a very nice way of quickly and easily reading messages on the CNN message boards; however, the program is severely limited in that you are unable to reply or post your own messages from within the program. This limitation is very crippling, and will hamper the popularity of this program. If all you want to do is read the messages, this program will be of great use to you; otherwise, stick with the simple WWW version through your browser.
