VCM is a server less application like ICQ designed for Intranets. It allows users within an intranet to message, send files and chat with one another. Our Review: It a nice little ICQ-like application that does not require any server, unlike other network communication software. All it needs is the IP address and this can be given a nickname. This can then be used for sending files, as well as for chatting. Not much documentation is included but it is very easy to set up. Free for individual users - a good alternative to ICQ, especially for internal networks.
