Or do you want to go on a virtual sightseeing tour by seeing current pictures from locations around the world and learning more about the locations? WebCam Sam allows you to do this and more! Our Review: Web cam gives you the opportunity to investigate what is happening in countries all around the world. Effectively, it is a collection of links to web cameras located throughout the world, but it also has a number of handy options, such as setting the pictures as wallpaper or a screensaver. A cool feature is the "Virtual sightseeing tours' that can be taken from several of the links. Here you can actually "see" the places you would like to visit without going there.
