A webcam is software application which captures images from a Video for Windows camera or capture card connected to a PC and makes those images available on the World Wide Web (web) on a web page. The webcam continues to capture images over time and refresh the image. Our Review:Webcam allows you to capture images, at different resolutions, and post them on the web. Audio capture is also available. Basically this enables a early form of video-chat to be conducted. Overall, it is fairly well-rounded, with reasonable help to get you started. |
