Some users don’t even notice its existence after they have installed and used it. Our Review: A unique concept. Portalbar installs an extra bar on your internet browser. With it you are able to keep all your bookmarks organised, check Email, search for things on the net, and view news which is updated regularly. While being of average convenience, Portalbar does not offer anything truly revolutionary in the browser plug-in stakes. However, the news updater and reader included may be of use to users with a yearning for up to the date information, and the articles that Portalbar searches for can be customised to the user's own interests.
