Users of Cahoots can see each other (or their nicknames, anyway) as they browse the same
website. They may then communicate via text or voice in private or public
site-specific rooms, and post to persistent message boards in site-specific Cahoots
Info Centers. Contact lists allow users to store names of friends and associates
for site-independent instant messaging. An interest-matching feature lets users
find people with similar interests. Cahoots works on ANY website (no intervention is
required by the webmaster) and over any Internet connection (28.8 Kbps or faster).

Our Review: This is a very interesting way of communicating over the internet. Each website has its own 'lobby' so to speak where all of the current on-line users can communicate via messages, text chats or voice chats. The messaging system is a bit slow and a little clunky to use but the text and voice chat are very good. One problem is that when you change websites you change chatrooms, but if you really like someone you can put them on your permanent contact list. In addition, some of the websites have administrators that represent cahoots that are there to answer your questions or whatever. I met a very nice girl called Apryl who helped me out with this review. This is quite good - download it!
