Offline Explorer Pro is a great offline browser, of web sites, that is highly customisable to suit your needs. It works really fast and efficient. Not only does it operate as a regular online browser, but you can also download web pages and files to view later all organised in folders. You can schedule download of multiple URLs and save them as projects (eg. sports). Good if you don't have the time to view web pages and want to download and view or print them later at a greater speed than if you were online.
