TCPtoSer waits for a TCP connection on a specified port (for example the Telnet port 23).
Or, it connects to any port of a host. After that, any data from that connection is forwarded to the serial port and vice versa. If the data can't be sent to the serial port immediately, they are buffered dynamically.
Our Review: This is another application for connecting to a server. Mainly it would be used in an ethernet environment however it could also be used in an Internet environment. On the whole it is a bit complicated and without help files this does becomes somewhat of a problem.
