Our Review: SpotOn Turbo makes the rather dubious claim of speeding up your web surfing by up to 30%, without really going into much detail as to how it achieves this. The rest of the program, though, is simply a content pusher web tour program. You can also create web tours for your friends to use, although this strikes me as a strange way to go about it. The program tries to create a feeling of an online community like many others are at the moment.
