dIRC allows you to chat with thousands of people throughout the world using the Internet Relay Chat (IRC) standard. Our Review: dIRC is a rather nice looking IRC client program. It is very similiar in most respects to mIRC, but is perhaps slightly more approachable for those not familiar with computers and the internet. The help documentation is very good and there are also a few tutorials to help you get to grips with some of the more advanced features. One nice feature is the ability to connect to more than one server in the same window.
