Talking E-mail is a highly customizable, super cool E-mail notifier that enables you to listen to your incoming messages as they arrive, via animated cartoon characters. It includes a built-in configuration wizard that will have you "listening" to your E-mail in no time, and requires no special hardware other than a standard sound card. Our Review: A fun alternative to your standard email programme, Talking E-mail does just that - it speaks your email contents to you. Unfortunately, it can't read out email directly from webmail servers, but it can read the clipboard contents. The voice sounds a bit disjointed, but this is to be expected. The program is highly configurable, allowing a good deal of control over what is read out, and how this is done.
