Our Review: Well, it seems to work, but I'm always uncomfortable with 'increase your computer's speed dramatically' type programs when they don't actually tell you how they work - or even give you the slightest hint in the right direction. It somehow optimizes connection to predefined URLs without using cache. The trick might be using RAM for partial download of the pages instead of the cache on HD. No matter the technique used, an increase of the speed is visible even on fast connections such as jet-stream
