CesarFTP is a powerful FTP server designed to be easy to use and fast to configure. An FTP server is a program allowing file sharing across Internet. You can share files, or wait for someone else to upload some files on your computer. One of the advantages of this server is that file access is easily configurable, using a real graphical interface. The server is running in the background, waiting for clients to connect. Our Review: Cesar FTP is one of the best alround FTP servers that I have seen. It is very compact (under half a meg) but still has a high degree of customizability. The interface is nice and simple making help files unnecessary (although they are very good). Cesar requires that Winsock 2.0 and IE 4.x are installed.
