Net Synti 1.0 prevents web sites containing pornography, racism, anarchy, bomb-making instructions, online gambling, and illegal drug related material from being viewed in your internet browser. Our Review:Well, for parents who are worried about thier children viewing Pornographic sites, Net Synti may be for you, as it blocks theses sites excellently, however, if you wan't to stop your kids from viewing instructions on how to make bombs and drugs, perhaps they should avoid it. While the monitor was on, it prevented me from viewing www.porn.com. However, it did not stop me from viewing www.illegaldrugs.com which had a page full of bomb making instructions. So, I guess there still are a few 'developement issues' with Net Synti. All of the other features worked fine though. |
