Our Review: The MSN Explorer is Microsoft's all-in-one content and service provider utility and it looks stunningly good. MSN Explorer ties together other Microsoft products and services like Internet Explorer, Hotmail and Windows Media Player into a neat little browser. It also features links to online shopping, chat, and messaging. While this is all great for beginners and casual net surfers, serious users will find that they already have most these features, and will not want Microsoft to do everything for them. This user-friendly software, like most of Microsoft's output does tend to take over and take up a lot of system resources.
