The CyberBuddy program makes use of Microsoft Agents to alert you when certain events take place. These include:- The time of day- Reminders to yourself- Messages from your friends- Email in your Mailboxes- When your friends go on and off ICQ- The latest news- Stock Quotes for your selected stocks- Internet Speed Reporting. CyberBuddy can also read stored documents or text that you type to the screen. Our Review: CyberBuddy used MS Agent to show a graphical 'buddy' that can talk to you when things happen, like ICQ events, messages, etc. The voice is disjointed, but to be expected. A very lighthearted, fun-to-have program that provides a bit of entertainment. All of this could become irritating after your buddy has popped up a few times, however.
