Fictional Daemon is a Telnet and FTP Daemon for Windows95/98 and WindowsNT 4.0 With this serverprogram you can remotely control and administer you machine. You reboot/shutdown, transfer files up/down, manage the machine by console, schedule commands, kill programs, start programs, chat with other users of the machine, execute and capture output of console programs and lots of other cool things. It rocks. Our Review: Fictional Daemon gives you a great deal of control over your machine from a remote location. It is easier than most server utilities to set up and get going. Once you have it running, it has a great deal of flexibility. This beta version fixes up a few small problems, and also gives greater speeds in some areas, for example, the FTP performance has been markedly improved! Great price, great product.
