Files secured with S-Mail can be stored on a PC or LAN but can also be sent via e-mail. Your files will be sent as an executable file, making it possible for every recipient to open your message without the need of having an S-Mail application. The only condition to access the secured data is having the right password to open the S-Mail. Moreover, S-Mail allows encryption of a block of text in any application you like, for example in the e-mail program itself simply by clicking the icons in the Windows taskbar. With its latest feature ‘compression’ files can be both encrypted and compressed. S-Mail uses 448 bit Blowfish key to encrypt. Our Review: S-Mail is a data encryption program which is used to encrypt email. A very useful feature this program uses is that the person whom you are sending files to does not need to have the program installed to decryped the file, just the password.
