HyperTuner is a *skinnable* Internet directory and real-time news program for your desktop. This version puts a complete directory of About.com's 20 channels and 750 guides at your fingertips. It also provides shortcut channels for other web functions like search, maps, stocks, and weather. This free product includes all features - no need to pay to upgrade for full features! Our Review: A desktop application from About.com which provides an internet shortcut-type menu where you can quickly access the weather, news, comics, articles (wide selection) or even search the internet. Very handy. The menu can be set to autohide so it won't clutter your desktop. Unfortunately, it does not support all the cities in the world - US cities and some other major ones only.
