Iron Key is a program that encrypts files or folders, and produces self-extracting encrypted files, which can be sent over the Internet. Unlike Kryptel, Iron Key does not require your correspondent to have any cryptographic software installed. The only thing the recipient needs to decrypt the data is the right password.
