Resplendent Registrar offers a very complete and safe solution to administrators and power users for maintaining the registry on both their desktops as well as on remote computers on their network. Apart from common features, like those offered by the native registry editors (regedit.exe and regedt32.exe) this program offers a solution for backing up and restoring registries, fast background search and replace, a bookmark editor with categories which supports key coloring and adding descriptions to registry keys and values, detailed property pages, tools for easy navigation. The program offers multi-level undo so all registry changes can be individually undone. Our Review: Resplendent Registrar is another registry editor. Of course it is much better than the standard regedit but still dodgy for people to fiddle with unless they know just what they are doing. Me I stay well away from the registry unless its absolutely necessary but if you're up for it try this.
