Tweak UI lets you fiddle about with all of those hidden option which the nice people at Microsoft thought would be probably better left alone by the average user. You can change everything from what icons appear on your desktop (including My Computer etc.) to whether the function keys on your keyboard work... A good program, but download this ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!
