A utility designed for analysing the changes made in Windows Registry - by making the snapshots of it and keeping them in a browsable database. You can compare any two snapshots and get the list of keys/data which are new, deleted or just changed. You can create undo/redo files. Useful for detecting trojan viruses and eliminating some problems caused by software and hardware. Our Review:This is a tool for the power user. It is designed to allow users to edit registry settings and create registry keys to be entered during installation. Although there is help provided, beginners really should try avoid this type of program as it can cause a lot of trouble if used by the inexperienced. Still, for those out there who know what they are doing this could prove extremely useful. This latest version includes the ability to save registry comparisons in a text file. |
