It's rare that you need to change the timestamp on a file, but when you need to, this is the program for it. Touch adds a new property page to files on your Windows 98, NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 system. Right click on a file or files and click "properties". A new tab will show up called "Date/Time". Just click on the new date and time you want and click OK.
Our Review: If you need to alter the creation, modification, or last accessed dates of any file then Touch should definitely be your number one choice. Touch adds a new properties option to the Windows Explorer shell which allows you to change the date info from within a files properties. It includes a full colour calendar in the properties tab, allowing you to graphically alter the date from the calendar. A joy to use.
