WinDefender physically enciphers files but when reading given files - automatically deciphers them. Since WinDefender works with files on low level, you can encode any sort of file - executable, text, EXCEL’s tables or anything else. Our Review:This is an excellent encryption and folder protection program. WinDefender gives the user control over who can write to selected folders, delete from them or alter the contents. You can also limit access to the viewing of files. This is a very useful application. |
