Our Review: Well, even though the readme isn't exactly good english you get the general idea. FileSize is a general purpose command line file cutter that lets you chop files into little bits. It isn't exactly feature packed like some of the file splitters but its only 52KB and freeware, so for all of those DOS purists out there you may want to give it a go.
