Startup Organizer is a Windows 9x/NT/2000 program that was developed to provide quick access to all of the programs that are automatically started when you turn on or logon to your computer. Using Startup Organizer, you can inspect, edit, and/or temporary disable such programs, and make backup configurations. You may significantly reduce the time required for your system startup disabling programs which you don't need all the time. Controlled Startup feature allows you to skip certain programs from startup if you hold [Shift] key pressed while Windows is logging on.
Our Review: StartUp Organizer is an excellent program for those people who haven't re-installed Windows in a while and find it's getting too slow, and that too many program are loading on startup. StartUp Organiser allows you to selectively choose what programs are run on startup, including those that are called from the registry and win.ini file. It also has quick links to your autoexec.bat and config.sys file. An interesting feature of this program is that it allows you to add files to run at startup time too. Very good! (Please be very careful when deleting things from your startup folders as it can really mess up your computer).
