From the flashy-looking interface WinOptimizer lets the user streamline Windows through registry and hard-drive optimization, as well as finding duplicate .dll files. There are also various degrees of optimization with differing degrees of safety to cater for differeing levels of experience which is a thoughtful addition. Highly recommended.
