Our Review: Total Control is a tweak utility that gives you the ability to change many aspects of your operating system. There are a few here that I haven't seen in similar utilities - such as the ability to segment the Start-Programs menu into multiple columns, X-mouse capabilities (makes windows jump to front without clicking on them - similar to Linux), detailed start-up programs editing (you can disable registry scans and scan disk utils etc.), lots of DirectX tweaks, and a whole lot more advanced tweaks that allow you to adjust the speed of your CD-ROM, hard-drive, and cache. I'm impressed with the range of tweaks that Total Control offers - if you are a power user who wants to customise Windows to-the-core then "Total Control" gives you just that.
