Each aspect is broken down into parts so you need not restrict access to an entire network - you can just restrict access to one workgroup. Individual tabs of other control panels (such as the 'System' control panel) can be hidden, while still allowing the user to access all the other tabs (eg: can prevent access to the 'devices' tab but still allow the user to edit the 'virtual memory' settings). If you have alot of commercial fonts on your computer, RESTrick even allows you to restrict access to certain fonts.
