Our Review: This is great! Break Reminder will certainly save both you and your employer a lot of grief - it's a small systray application that will remind you at intervals to take a break and give your hands a rest. When the time for a micropause arrives, Break Reminder will seize control of your mouse and not allow you to return to work until you have diligently rested. There's plenty of settings that hit the nail on the head - you can specify what risk level you consider yourself and Break Reminder will adjust its settings to ensure an appropriate level of safety. For employers, there's also a log kept that will keep track of whether the requests for breaks were ignored - useful for workplace health and safety management. Excellent tool, and the help docs provide essential reading on other aspects of RSI, OSS, etc. This latest release has the ability to generate a report of your break and rest times.
