Small DOS and windows tool to copy any big file from one PC to another via splitting to (floppy) disk drive. It can split also files to your hard disk, for instance to make email-attachments smaller. Our Review: Yay! This is good! Gone are the days of bloatware splitters and joiners. Rejoice in the newfound slimness of SmartCopy! SmartCopy is a tiny little dos based file splitting program that allows you to split large files into much smaller peices and then e-mail/ diskcopy/ zipdisk along to other people. It uses a simple dos based interface and makes it ludicrously easy to run. It's a little lacking in features but very good otherwise.
