By means of "SafeDisk" you may create and use virtual encrypted disks, which look like any another disks. You may create folders, store your documents, programs and databases there. All this information is transparently encrypted and stored in special file - so-called "container" on the primary disk in your computer. Our Review: When it comes to SafeDisk - secure is an understatement. Everything from the stealthily hidden interface (it is called and operated with the use of hotkeys and can show no signs of running) to the comprehensive encrpytion features is solid as a rock and just about as impenetrable. Once up and running, creating encrypted disks (known in SafeDisk as 'containers') is simple and opening and closing them is even easier. Additional features include disk wiping and an innovative password option that destroys the data in a container when typed. It may forego a little ease-of use due to its heavy-duty security and support given is the bare minimum, but for those who like their data safe and secure SafeDisk is definitely worth a look.
