Designed to make changes to the Windows registry, Tweaking Toolbox for Windows allows you to customize and/or change the Desktop, Start menu and several other settings to optimise Windows without having to edit the registry. Includes the option to easily undo the changes. Gives information on the exact version of Windows you are running. Includes a highly detailed help file clearly explaining all its functions. Our Review: A respectable, if somewhat underwhelming tweaking program for Windows. As you'd expect it is tabs-galore as your desktop, IE, folders, add/remove, start menu etc. are all configurable although there is a lack of memory, cache and security options which many others offer. Still, it's easy to use and cheaper than most so don't discount it totally.
