HiClock gives you an easy and thorough way to synchronize your system clock to the exact time using the Internet. It queries one of the National Institute of Standards and Technology timeservers, which then returns the correct standard time.
Standard time is converted to local time and compared with the internal system time on the computer, and adjustments are made if necessary. Time check automatically after connection. The program has two alarm clocks and support skins.
Our Review: This is a basic time synchronising clock. There are several skins included, but unfortunately you can't make your own. It updates from several internet clocks simultaneously. The small clock window is always on top. Overall, pretty good but it lacks the versatility and style of something like RoundClock, or the synchronisation feedback of a program like Atom Time.
