The Offline Cache Explorer is a general purpose tool for viewing & manipulating the internet-cache maintained by Internet-Explorer 4 and 5. Files worth keeping may be saved separately or as a whole tree, keeping links intact. It not only allows to search, delete, view and extract certain files and group of files, special cookie- and history-functions make the Offline Cache Explorer an outstanding product. Our Review: This handy program allows you to view your Internet Explorer cache. Offline Explorer has a simplistic browse and view method which is very easy to use, and it does a good job of not just viewing but also manipulating the IE cache. Saving a set of web pages for further offline browsing is quite easy to do, and manages to keep links offline in most cases. Viewing the cache with Offline Cache Explorer may look somewhat different to the Internet Explorer and does have some difficulty handling some files such as Cascading Style Sheets. Overall, Offline Cache Explorer is a good program and we are looking forward to further developments.
