IP Ultra Scan 2000 is a great tool for network administrators. It will perform a ping on all the IP address ranges you manage, providing you with IP address usage statistics. All statistics will be kept in a Microsoft Access 2000 database for you to manipulate as you see fit. In addition, it will perform a port scan on responding devices to assist you in enforcing network policies. Our Review: This program will scan through any selected IP range on your network ie from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255. It displays the results in a nice Windows Explorer style GUI. This is very useful if you do not know the IP address of a certain computer on your network as it will also tell you the computer's name. It will also let you see if people have been going on the internet or on FTP sites. Very handy.
